User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the site, upload harmful content, or violate applicable laws.

Any unauthorised use of materials, brand assets, or diagnostics is strictly prohibited.

Bookings and Payments

All workshop bookings and C3PO diagnostic pilots are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Deposits may be required to secure services
• Payments are processed via third-party platforms (e.g. Stripe)
• Cancellations within 5 business days may forfeit deposit fees (we do allow re-bookings once with 5 business days' notice)

Intellectual Property

All content, diagnostics, and materials provided by TrustWorki are protected and remain the intellectual property of TrustWorki.

You may not reproduce, share, or repurpose them without written permission.

Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy and professionalism, TrustWorki does not guarantee outcomes.

Our services offer guidance based on best practices, data, and human insight, but results will vary per organisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrustWorki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Irish law.

Disputes arising shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

Platform Use and Data Handling

Platform access is restricted to authenticated users.

While we aim for high availability, we may occasionally suspend access for maintenance, security upgrades, or infrastructure improvements. Users will be notified where possible.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any data submitted does not infringe on the rights of others.

TrustWorki does not claim ownership over submitted data but reserves the right to process it as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

All platform data is stored and processed within the European Union in compliance with GDPR requirements.
