Services Provided

TrustWorki delivers workshops, mentoring, coaching, and leadership programmes; our employee sentiment diagnostic C3PO pulse; and workplace culture and trust-building consulting. Services may evolve over time, but we remain committed to delivering value and measurable impact.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the site, upload harmful content, or violate applicable laws. Any unauthorised use of materials, brand assets, or diagnostics is strictly prohibited.

Platform Access

Access is restricted to authenticated users. While we aim for high availability, we may occasionally suspend access for maintenance or upgrades. Users must ensure any data submitted does not infringe on third-party rights.

Bookings and Payments

All workshop bookings and C3PO diagnostic pilots are subject to availability and confirmation. Deposits may be required to secure services. Remaining fees must be paid within 14 days of invoice or as agreed in writing. Payments are processed via third-party platforms (e.g. Stripe). Cancellations within 5 business days may forfeit deposit fees (we do allow re-bookings once with 5 business days’ notice).

Intellectual Property

All content, diagnostics, and materials provided by Aspeir FutureWorks Ltd, trading as TrustWorki are protected and remain the intellectual property of Aspeir FutureWorks Ltd trading as TrustWorki. You may not reproduce, share, or repurpose them without written permission.

Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy and professionalism, TrustWorki does not guarantee outcomes. Our services offer guidance based on best practices, data, and human insight, but results will vary per organisation.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aspeir FutureWorks Ltd trading as TrustWorki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits or business opportunities. Liability is capped at the total fees paid for the relevant service.

Termination

Aspeir FutureWorks Ltd, trading as TrustWorki may suspend or terminate services if clients breach these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Irish law. Disputes arising shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

Platform Use and Data Handling

Platform access is restricted to authenticated users. While we aim for high availability, we may occasionally suspend access for maintenance, security upgrades, or infrastructure improvements. Users will be notified where possible. Users are responsible for ensuring that any data submitted does not infringe on the rights of others. Aspeir FutureWorks Ltd trading as TrustWorki does not claim ownership over submitted data but reserves the right to process it as outlined in the Privacy and Cookie Policy. Data may be anonymised or pseudonymised for analysis. All platform data is stored and processed within the European Union in compliance with GDPR requirements.
