Founded by Rebecca Molloy, an experienced global leader and culture strategist, TrustWorki was created to close the gap between what leaders think their teams need and what employees are actually experiencing. After two decades leading large-scale, high-performing teams across tech and retail - and navigating those spaces as a neurodivergent leader - Rebecca saw first-hand how trust, communication and inclusion shape everything from innovation to retention.

Rebecca Molloy
Founder

Rebecca is a global leader with over two decades of experience spanning tech, retail, travel, and professional learning- working with scaling unicorns and SMBs alike. She has led high-performing teams and strategic commercial operations across more than 120 countries, including senior roles at Workhuman and DAA / Aer Rianta International.

An award-winning leader with an MBA from the National College of Ireland, a Master’s Micro-Credential in Responsible Leadership from the University of Galway and neurodiverse lived experience, Rebecca founded TrustWorki to help organisations build people-first cultures where performance, people, and purpose align. She brings real-world experience and deep expertise to every client partnership- so you’re in safe, capable hands.

Paul Molloy
Chief Product Officer

Paul is a seasoned product and business development leader with deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, digital innovation, and cross-functional delivery. With a background in design, marketing, and technology, he has led the successful launch and scaling of multiple products across diverse industries.

As Chief Product Officer at TrustWorki, Paul brings a strategic blend of creativity and execution- shaping user-centric solutions that deliver real business impact. He holds a Master’s degree in Informatics – Computing & Design, and a Bachelor’s in Industrial and Product Design. His strength lies in connecting design thinking with agile delivery to drive both innovation and measurable outcomes.

Alice O’Donnell
Learning Facilitator & Coach

Alice is an experienced coach and educator with over 30 years’ experience in the education sector. She specialises in working with neurodivergent individuals- including those who are autistic or have ADHD- as well as with their families, employers, and support teams. Her practice is shaped by lived experience and her leadership as chairperson of an autism charity.

Alice holds an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Executive and Leadership Coaching from Kingstown College, is EMCC-accredited at Practitioner level, and has a Diploma in Education Law from the Law Society of Ireland. She also holds a BA in Primary Education and a Master of Arts. She delivers affirming, strengths-based workshops and coaching sessions that help individuals grow in confidence, clarity, and self-direction.
