Service Description

An employee resource group (ERG) is an employee-led group that fosters inclusivity and builds community by bringing people with shared interests together within companies, giving a voice to your employees, from grassroots up to leadership.  90 percent of Fortune 500 companies have ERGs. We have first-hand experience in setting up ERGs that enable open communication and drive inclusion and belonging. We can support you in establishing ERGs that serve as a safe space for their members, and are a way of connecting with others when challenging events occur, as well as a forum for innovation and impact. We provide actionable guidance for crafting a compelling mission and vision, establishing effective goals, and developing measurable data points to evaluate and achieve success. ERGs can help build inclusion and belonging along all dimensions of diversity, and can be one tool in your Gender Pay Gap Strategy.
